The DietFriends.net website was created by enthusiasts and practitioners of the ketogenic diet with permission to practice as a dietician in Poland. The main goal of this website is to popularize low-carbohydrate diets and to collect as many publicly available low carb, keto and carnivore recipes as possible in one place to help people interested in this way of eating with meal plans creation if a specialist consultation is not needed or has already taken place.
