Crispy Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

Preparation: 35 min

Preheat your oven to 475F/230C and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Transfer the chicken wings to a bowl. Drizzle the melted butter and toss well, ensuring all the wings are well coated.

Add the salt and pepper and toss well. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Transfer to the oven.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let the wings cool for 5 minutes. Taste one and sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired.

Transfer the wings onto a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm!
