Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Preparation: 128 min

Gently warm the peanut butter on the stove or in a microwave until soft. Add to a food processor with the butter, vanilla and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Line a 6 x 4 dish or mould with baking paper and pour in the peanut butter mixture. Transfer to the fridge for a minimum of two hours or until set.

Once set, slice into 8 squares to serve.
