Peppermint Avocado Smoothie

Slice open and scoop out the avocado fruit to reach the amount listed in the ingredients. Add the avocado fruit to a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients as well.

Blend the ingredients until they’re smooth. You may need to pulse a couple of times to break up the avocado first. No ice should be needed to thicken the smoothie anymore as well.

Taste the smoothie and alter the ingredients as needed. You can add more almond milk to thin out the smoothie or add a sweetener or vanilla extract. Keep any leftover smoothie cold for up to 24 hours.
