California Chopped Salad with Green Goddess Dressing

Preparation: 10 min

For the salad, combine the mixed greens in a bowl. If necessary, chop the egg, ham, turkey, cucumber, red onion, and half of avocado. Arrange these items on the top of your salad.

For the dressing, combine the second half of avocado, green onion, basil, cilantro, and garlic in a food processor.

Add the remaining ingredients in the food processor, and slowly pulse until the dressing comes together with a smooth and creamy finish.

Drizzle the dressing on the salad, and enjoy!
