Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Bacon
Preparation: 55 min
Preheat the oven to 375F/175C degrees. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Toss the brussel sprouts with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then, spread them out on the lined tray.
Bake the brussel sprouts in the oven for 50 minutes, turning them over halfway through for even cooking. Meanwhile, cook the bacon to a crisp, and chop it into bits for later use.
In the last 10 minutes of the brussel sprouts baking, sprinkle the bacon bits over the brussel sprouts and return the tray to the oven for the final 10 minutes.
Serve the brussel sprouts with fresh lemon zest and enjoy!
