Crispy Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs
Preparation: 50 min
Preheat the oven to 390°F/200°C and dry the thighs well with a paper towel and arrange on a baking sheet. Mix all of the herbs and seasonings together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the herb seasoning and arrange the thighs on a single layer, ensuring the thighs don’t touch.
Roast at 390°F/200°C for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is very crispy.
