Lemon Butter Paprika Shrimp

Preparation: 20 min

Rinse and devein shrimp. In a bowl, grate the garlic. Add melted butter, paprika, olive oil, and salt.

Toss the shrimp in the butter sauce and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.

Place the shrimp on a parchment covered sheet pan in a single layer. Roast at 390°F/200°C for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp.
