  • 1 tbsp - Chives Raw

Loaded Cauliflower Mash

Preparation: 35 min

Preheat an oven to 375F/190C degrees. Cook the bacon in a pan on medium-high heat until the bacon is very crispy. Set the bacon aside to cool and chop it into small pieces.

Fill an oven-safe baking dish with prepared cauliflower mash. Top it with the chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake the loaded cauliflower mash for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s heated through and the cheese has melted. You may also leave it under a hot broiler for 5 minutes to brown the cheese. Top with chopped chives for serving!
